The new owner is much more responsive. Kip is professional and does a great job! I can't recommend him highly enough!
I called Kelly’s for a quote on some spraying. Kelly answered, I explained what I was needing. He asked where I was located and without even being able to give an explanation of my area, he said it was too far and hung up abruptly without any type of explanation . We live 25 mins from downtown Spokane, but he didn’t even want to hear fully where I was located. Apparently this guy doesnt care about customer service or money. I do not recommend even calling him with the poor way he handles potential customers.
This man was very rude, i was explaining that i had carpenter ants, and he was asking where i lived, i was trying to explain. It got a little chaotic at my home, i apologized. Then he said "you are going to have to call someone else" and hung up the phone. Would NEVER recommend.
