Our home is a 60 (plus) year old Cape style house with ceder shingles that had not been painted in over 25 years. Kelly's was referred by a Son-in*Law of mine. Project Manager, Scott Walsh, arrived, surveyed the property and rendered a detailed quote which I accepted. The painting crew arrived as planned and with the weather holding, finished as planned. Kelly’s work was outstanding. The painters were highly experienced and detailed craftsmen. Total pros. Executed every aspect of the job flawlessly and efficiently. We had roughly half of our downstairs area painted, and we were thrilled with how it turned out. Would not hesitate to hire again.
Fantastic work from start to finish on a project with interior painting, associated carpentry and molding and trim. Crew was clean, on-time (start and finish) and very detailed oriented when doing the work. Really transformed our house and made everything look fresh and new. Highly recommend Kelly and would use them again!!
Kelly's Property Services was very professional in all aspects of this job. Their estimate was detailed, and my questions were promptly answered. I appreciated that their solution addressed both the structural as well as the cosmetic aspects of repairing my front portico rot. The crew arrived on schedule, worked diligently throughout the day, and thoroughly cleaned up when their work was finished. I highly recommend Kelly's Property Services.
Kelly's replaced 10 windows and did related construction and painting for us. Bryan Kelly was very helpful in evaluating the project and helping us decide on the final design. Excellent communication, all questions or concerns were answered promptly. Everyone who worked on our job was professional, courteous, and made sure we were satisfied with the work done. All work was done to a very high standard. We will definitely use Kelly's again in the future...highly recommended!
