I am writing to commend the work recently done for me by two employees of Kelly's Property Services. These gentlemen were assigned to repair some rotting clapboard siding on my condominium and to power wash my deck. I could not be happier with the outcomes. These workers are clearly highly skilled. Unprofessional, shoddy work, hot tempered. All of this and more. Our condo association signed a $2M contract. Each unit owner had their windows removed. They were sloppy in their work, cannot even drive a straight nail and way behind schedule because they don't send sufficient crews. They demolished our deck and did not put up a protective barrier outside the slider. Huge safety violation. We have been using Kelly's Property Services for over 20yrs. They have fixed just about every ailment our house has had! The workers are diligent and very pleasant ! We just had our kitchen cabinets done and they were able to recreate the antique finish! It looks amazing!! We are never disappointed. Bryan and his crew are the Best!
We have done three major projects with Kelly’ Property Services and they are terrific. The quality of the work is great and equally important the Kelly’s people are competent and nice - the kind of folks you are happy to have in and around your home.
