Gave my 15 year old son lice. We were unsure where it came from so started calling around, they at least had the moral compass to admit they had “numerous” lice cases recently. They obviously do not clean their devices properly if at all. Will never be going back and will be telling absolutely everyone. They offered no refund for their negligence either.
