I’ve used Kelly’s for years for my babies. However, I’m currently fostering a chow who was brought in as a stray. He was matted and covered in poop, mud and spurs. The groomers and bathers at Kelly’s took the time to brush out the matting instead of having to shave down to the skin. I appreciate their skill, patience, compassion and customer service. As for my regular babies, they always leave with adorable cuts and seem happy to go to Kelly’s. I highly recommend!
Absolutely! I have known Kelly since she worked out at her parent's place in Sugar Valley. She has groomed Shelties, German Shepards, Shitzus, Papillons for me. And now, our beloved Doodle, Ruckus. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
I was not a fan. I dropped my sweet girl off at 9:30am this morning. The staff did not seem friendly. She asked me my dogs name, my address, my phone number and what they were doing. She then took my dog and said pick her up by 6. I called around 4pm to ask if she was ready and was told in 30 minutes. When i picked her up the informed me my dog was “dog aggressive”. After a very dissatisfied trip to another local groomer, I was thrilled when I got my English bully Sugarbaby groomed at Kelly's. She was sooo clean & bright white and HAPPY which a big deal to me since she has a "screwtail" that needs extra attention & they did a fab job on it!! Normally Sugars sad when she comes home but not this time. Thanks guys!! We'll definitely be back soon!!
