We received a huge water bill, showing we were losing more than 1,000 litres of water a day. Called Kelly's and they sent us a plumber within an hour. He solved it in 5 minutes and did not charge us. I just love working with these guys, they are quick, professional and genuinly there to help their clients when they are in trouble. Thanks Kelly's!
Our hot water stoped saturday. Called office ans got a after hours number. Messaged number and could not attend until monday. Went with kelly's as they installed previous bosh system amd service was good. howevere they are no longer bosh service agents after finding out on the visit and they could do anything about the old one other than replace. They said may or may have not been under warranty. After waiting 2 days with no hot water i had no choice as it needed to be done sooner rather than later. Price was $1935 for a 26l... read more
They've done good work and a great service
A very BIG thank you for the amazing service. Our hot water system broke and Kelly came to our rescue and within a couple of hours of calling we had a team on site to install a new system. Outstanding service from the call being taken to the system installed - thank you. Highly recommend this company as we have always had a great service.
Installed a hot water heat pump in an area that is 90%, this has created noise that I can hear with the door closed from my living room. Placed directly outside a bedroom too. Have had phone discussions several times and still nothing is done because they DONT CARE. It's not installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations
