I think Kelly's Glass is a business that has unprofessional employee who is unorganized and who admitted does not even have recollection of the price we agreed on and did not provide a contract via email. The manager after learning the issue promised he will get the issue resolved and finish the work they started with the price we agreed upon, but finally he asked his employees to call me back and let me know that they would not do it. Fantastic work & service. I had a project that involved 2 large bathroom vanity mirrors and a frameless shower door repair. Not only did they come in lower than all other estimates (I got estimates from 4 different shops in Las Vegas), but they also had them ready in a week! (Most other businesses scheduled for two weeks). Installation was a breeze, they were super friendly, and the mirrors look great. Rick & Taylor kept me informed during the whole process.
