VERY BAD EXPERIENCE-No Service at All My wife and I decided to spend the day by driving over to Cape Charles, and taking a look at the small town stores they have up and down the main street in downtown. We had decided to take our Border Collie Scout with us, since most of the places downtown to include a few restaurants, were dog friendly places.
