I ordered a $100 flowers in a vase for a friend's 90th, when I saw them at her house I was so disappointed & embarrassed. Small, dull, green, virtually no colour or joy.

Fantastic!! A beautifully done Mother's day arrangement which arrived on time and thoroughly pleased my Mum. The flowers and vase looked exactly like what I chose on the website. I've always received great service and value from Kelly's.(5 years ago) Update: June 12, 2026 had a different florist cancel on me for a birthday bouquet and Kelly's kindly came through very last minute with a gorgeous arrangement that was delivered within the hour!! Absolutely pleasant business to deal with.

Hubby picked up flowers for me. Stuff happens but flowers were wilting badly. Contacted the store and I was immediately offered a replacement and an apology. Wonderful service. Will definitely use again.
