We could not have been more disappointed (or embarrassed) with the flowers we received from Kelly's for our mother's funeral home visitation. Firstly, when I phoned to order and asked whether sprays were the norm when the deceased had been cremated, I was told that they don't do sprays and that vases or flowers would be best. I later found that this was incorrect and that they advertise sprays on their website. I ordered 3 vases and requested that each arrangement be different at a cost of $431 (including tax and delivery). ... read more
