We had such a great experience with Kelly’s Flooring that I had to leave a review! After putting off new floors for way too long, we finally decided to upgrade, and I’m so glad we went with Kelly’s. From the second we walked into the showroom, everyone was super friendly and actually excited to help (not the pushy sales vibe at all). They have a ton of options — carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl and they made it really easy to narrow down what would work best for our house (and our dog who thinks the house is a racetrack).
I had an amazing experience with Kelly’s Flooring from start to finish. Tom was absolutely incredible to work with. His customer service was top-notch. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and kept everything moving smoothly. The whole job was completed faster than I expected, and the installation was extremely professional and seamless. Everything was done flawlessly, and the floors look even better than I imagined.
We had an excellent experience with Kellys. They really listened to what I was looking for and custom made a rug that fit our space perfectly. The quality is great. As a pet owners, we especially appreciate how durable and resilient it is. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Highly recommend!
