Beware. I have been going to Kelly for eyelash extensions for years. Suddenly this week during my 4-week appointment for a refill, she tells me AFTER completing the service that I "had less than 20%" of my lashes left so she was charging me for a "full" set instead of a "refill." NOWHERE on her website does it mention this 20% policy; and she has NEVER communicated this policy to me. It's like she just dreamed it up. I got an eyelash lift and tint and it was wonderful, looked so natural! Kelly got me in very quickly and talked me through the whole process. Definitely will be back!

I went to her for my first time after almost 2 years of no lashes and SHE IS AMAZING!!!!! She was so nice and even though I just got a lash lift that was kinda messed up she still managed to put lashes on me and make them beautiful!!!!! After almost 3 weeks my lashes still look good & I will only ever go to her now!!! ♥️

I have been twice so far and have absolutely loved my results each time. She is incredibly talented and able to work quickly and skillfully. I know that I will now be a regular client of hers and will be booking all my future lash appointments with her!
