Beware. I have been going to Kelly for eyelash extensions for years. Suddenly this week during my 4-week appointment for a refill, she tells me AFTER completing the service that I "had less than 20%" of my lashes left so she was charging me for a "full" set instead of a "refill." NOWHERE on her website does it mention this 20% policy; and she has NEVER communicated this policy to me. It's like she just dreamed it up.
