I’ve been going to Kelly for electrolysis since the pandemic, and I can honestly say it’s been life-changing. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and she always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I have PCOS, and I started with a full beard and constant five-o’clock shadow. I have been going to Kelly for almost 5 years and she has become a friend to me that I look forward to seeing. Kelly is incredible at what she does and I have 80% less hair than I used to. I have PCOS so my journey has been a long one but I am definitely seeing progress.
This experience was so bad that I could write an essay on it, but I’ve decided to make this short and to the point. Getting facial hair removed as a woman is an incredibly vulnerable experience and Kelly lacks the bedside manner for it (unless you’re thin). Judging people solely based on appearance is unprofessional and shows a lack of experience.
