Like many of the other reviewers, I came to Kelly after years of suffering from PCOS and paradoxical hypertrichosis after dozens of failed laser hair removal sessions. I pretty much had thick terminal hair with high density from mid-cheek to my lower neck, to the point that my husband would say “wow just like mine!”. I have been going to Kelly’s Electroylsis as I suffer from PCOS. She has done a wonderful job with hair removal and I have seen such great progress and results. After better taking myself from the inside, she helps with the inside. Kelly is pleasant, positive, and professional. She is knowledgeable is good with scheduling and make sure you feel good walking out of her appointments. O

I had a fantastic experience with Kelly. She demonstrated exceptional skill in treating melanated skin, using techniques that minimize irritation and promote exceptional outcomes. Her approach is meticulous, with careful technique to reduce risk of hyperpigmentation and achieve effective hair removal. Beyond technical skill, her caring, patient, and reassuring presence made me comfortable and at ease during what can be a slightly uncomfortable process.
