This experience was so bad that I could write an essay on it, but I’ve decided to make this short and to the point. Getting facial hair removed as a woman is an incredibly vulnerable experience and Kelly lacks the bedside manner for it (unless you’re thin). Judging people solely based on appearance is unprofessional and shows a lack of experience. I have the pleasure of seeing Kelly for electrolysis, and she is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She's not only incredibly skilled, and knowledgeable about electrolysis, but also kind and genuinely cares about her clients. The whole process is always smooth, and I’ve seen great results. I would highly recommend Kelly for anyone looking for a professional and caring electrolysis specialist!
Kelly is very accommodating and kind. I'm probably one of the few male clients who go for electrolysis, but she has been very understanding. Shaving is extremely irritating to my skin, and I often get ingrown hairs, so I decided to go with a permanent removal. She has been very effective! I would definitely recommend her.
I visited Kelly today and came out feeling so good, while reminiscing about my first visit with her. I had come to Kelly after a horrible reception experience at another electrologist's place. Kelly showed good character, and great reception. She reassured me that she will take care of my face. True to the core! Now I don't have to cover up dark shave marks with make up.
