Her approach is meticulous, with careful technique to reduce risk of hyperpigmentation and achieve effective hair removal. I’ve been going to Kelly for electrolysis since the pandemic, and I can honestly say it’s been life-changing. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and she always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I have PCOS, and I started with a full beard and constant five-o’clock shadow.
