Bree has doing my hair for years now and I get compliments on my hair all the time. Bree takes the time to explain things about my cut and how to style. I have recommended her to my family and friends. As for the man at the counter… he is a very sweet man and yes it says ‘walk-ins’ are welcome.. But it also says appointments are recommended. The salon has great stylists and they are all busy, but if there is an opening they will get you in…. After all you are a “walk-in “ It is worth the wait and making an appointment.
The old man who seems to be a receptionist is very rude. Don't waste your time or money..There are two salons beside Kelly's that are very professional and I recommend either one of them. Edit: so that's the owner? That's even worse because he's also a liar.. I never yelled or caused a ruckus only questioned why they have "walk-ins welcome"all over their advertising and windows which apparently he didn't like and became very rude and himself began "acting like a fool yelling and causing a ruckus" and he did this in front of ... read more
