Walked in to have my 9 year olds hair TRIMMED!!! Asked for a trim!!!! Her hair was to her butt. When she got up and walked out her hair was almost the middle of her back!!! I don’t know the lady’s name dark hair started with an R BITbut I’m FURIOUS!!! 5 inches is not a trim in the world I live in. I’m sure there is great woman doing hair in there and the owners are great people but please check who you’re dealing with.
