Kelly's Custom Floors is awesome!! I called the store to have someone come out to my house to measure for flooring. I wasn't sure if I wanted wood flooring or carpeting. The owner, Mr Kelly (Paul), came out and after talking with him for a short while I decided that wood flooring was the right choice. Paul is very knowledgeable of all his products and was so enjoyable to work with. If you are thinking about a new floor I would think twice before calling these people. We had a new floor put down four years ago and within two years started to have trouble. They came out and said it was a moisture problem and they were not responsible for the problem even though they put down a cheap thin moisture pad Two months ago they said the manager would come out to look at it but still have not heard from them. So again I would be very careful about calling these people.
