I ran a business in West Yellowstone, Mt. The specialties there were Cinnamon rolls (voted by Business Insider the best dessert in Montana for the year 2016), Lightening and thunder bolts (a cream filled croissant) and our home made pies (apple, cherry, triple berry and creams). I am excited to make these desserts for you here in Utah. I also make wedding cakes and I've been doing that from my in home bakery for 25+ years.

Everything Kelly makes is AMAZING!!!
Kelly was incredible. She worked with me and my planning to get a cake from here in Roy UT all the way up to and past Boise ID into the mountain ranges for a nature themed wedding. It turned out MAGNIFICENT and was an incredible surprise for my now wife which she didn't expect because of the planning Kelly assisted with. On top of this, Kelly sent me off with her own tools and cake plates and knives at the mere request I return them in good condition. I. Highly. Recommend.
Kelly makes the most incredible Lightning Bolts (pastries with a creamy custard-like center). Her other confections are also delicious and her wedding cakes are beautiful!!

The lightning bolts that Kelly makes are one of the best dessert I have ever had. And her cinnamon rolls are so good. I buy her creations all the time.
