Sharing my experience as someone who scheduled an appointment through Zocdoc. I was referred for a specific procedure, lumbar epidural for back pain, and searched through Zocdoc which led me to Kelly's Collaborative Medicine. I scheduled an appointment and today, received a call from Teresa informing me that the doctor I scheduled with wasn't taking new patients, but they had another physician available. I scheduled an appointment yesterday morning for today at 4:30 for a physical via ZocDoc. I received a confirmation email and text message and replied. I got a call this morning letting me know that my appointment was being cancelled because they do not perform physicals after 3pm and that time slot was only for returning patients and emergency appointments. I used to love this practice, but over the last couple of years my experience tanked. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. I have to go into the office to speak to the front desk about an admin issue
I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for several years, and she has consistently provided exceptional care. She is attentive, respectful, and takes the time to truly listen.
