I used to love this practice, but over the last couple of years my experience tanked. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. I have to go into the office to speak to the front desk about an admin issue

As a new patient in Aug 2025, Dr. Kelly was so very interested in everything I had to share about my health concerns! She listened intently and she had such great recommendations for first steps and next steps. She is very knowledgeable and so thorough in her explanations, and was very patient with all my questions.
