We have still not received the title to a veichle we purchased 10 months ago. With several attempts to reach them with no response
Dealorship commits illegal activity in their business. Changes terms of sticker warranty that gave WARRANTY-36 months, to service contract with a bankrupt, uninsured insurance company. Then added $2,000.00 (supposedly to make deal work, customer HAD TO purchase this contract) Then told customer she must lie about date of repairs, in order to be covered by new insurance company. BEWARE!! They will sell you a service contract and then they won't pay for it and if you have a claim to submit, good luck!!! This is the most crooked, shady, unethical business i've ever dealt with. I am shocked that they are still in business when they have ripped more people off then any business i know of aside from Wells Fargo. I'm telling you to do your homework before buying a car because you will get burned bad if you go to these crooks.
