They picked up my vehicle and dropped it back afterworlds due to this COVID-19 going around. Made me feel way comfortable!

My son recommended Kelly’s when I moved to Medford. They work hard to accommodate my schedule, offer a ride when working on my car and always call me with an estimate before proceeding. I find them honest, friendly, and quite qualified. They have worked on our foreign vehicles as well as American made. I would with out hesitation recommend them. I give them a 5 Vangie
Kelly's always provides top notch service. Everyone that works there is kind and genuine. It can be hard to find a mechanic that you can trust but have no doubt Kelly's is honest and affordable! They are the only place I feel comfortable taking my Subaru because the mechanics are very knowledgeable and I know they will get the job done correctly the first time!
Kelly’s Automotive is easily the most seamless and friendly Automotive repair I’ve ever been to. They picked my truck up while I was working, and plan to drop it back off to me before days end. Truthfully amazed at the customer service and how great it really is.
not only did they install a defective part their mechanic failed to check for leaks we ended stranded in reno. no car had to rent a rental and stay at a hotel til Monday afternoon. the other mechanics test drove and showed us it didnt leak. out money and come find out we aren't the only ones . I will never allow these hacks anywhere near any of my vehicles and several other people who got screwed like us will gladly spread the word
