Called Brian to inquire about a vehicle he had listed on their website and started the process of purchasing it and he responded to all inquiries promptly and went up the next day for the test drive and bought it. I must say that Brian is the correct person to represent Kellys Auto as it felt like I knew him all my life and I like to thank him as I left feeling like I got the deal of the day. Dealt with Roland. My daughter & granddaughter purchased a vehicle a few months ago in the winter. Summer is here and air conditioning does not work. Roland said he can't do anything about it. He said the car was checked out before my daughter & granddaughter purchased it. During the test drive there was a problem, I forgot what it was. He had his shop fix the problem.
