So disappointed!!! I have used Kelly’s off and on and every time I swear I won’t go back.... This time was the final straw..... $5000 and 2.5 weeks..... and the car is dead in the yard 1 week later. When I called to see if parts or service have warranty I was told they were too busy to look at my car!!!

Great service and very helpful
Go find my post. I paid almost $700 for a break job and they did not replace anything on the passenger side. They did not tell me they were only doing one side they said a rear brake service with calipers and machine rotors. When someone else took the passenger side rear tire off there isn’t even a pad on the inside of the breaks
We have been using Kelly's services for years on all our vehicles. Honest work at a very fair price. Best place to purchase tires too.
Former favorite. 20+ yr customer. $110 each for $70 retail coils. $10.99 each for $2.29 spark plugs. $185 over retail for all parts. Went over estimate without a phone call. Not even sure what was diagnosed other than computer codes. Won't be back.
