Terrible customer service! I took my truck there for some body damage. After they worked on my truck, the back-up camera no longer worked. When I took the truck back to have the camera fixed, they said that it was not related to what they did. I told them that I disagreed since the camera previously worked. They were not interested in helping me and referred me to the dealership. I was shocked by their treatment to me as I have been a customer for years. I will not take any of my cars there again. Terrible customer service!

I left my car with them for a week to repair dents in the hood, and upon return, items had been stolen from my car and rifled through. My line of work requires me to have items such as glassware in my car that I thought fine to leave in my car for the duration of repairs. Not only were items missing, someone had gone and cut open boxes and messed with my belongings. They “weren’t able to find any signs of this through the CCTV footage”, but I’m not buying that. Incredible service and pricing!
I had a great experience with Kelly’s Auto Shop after my car was rear-ended. Jesse was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only was the repair work covered through insurance, but Jesse also made everything much easier by coordinating a rental car for me—including arranging rides for both the pickup and drop-off. I appreciated the regular updates on the status of my car, and the work was completed quickly and right on time. Excellent service and communication—I highly recommend Kelly’s Auto Shop!
