Incredible service and pricing!
I had a great experience with Kelly’s Auto Shop after my car was rear-ended. Jesse was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only was the repair work covered through insurance, but Jesse also made everything much easier by coordinating a rental car for me—including arranging rides for both the pickup and drop-off. I appreciated the regular updates on the status of my car, and the work was completed quickly and right on time. Excellent service and communication—I highly recommend Kelly’s Auto Shop!
Best car shop experience I’ve ever had. They were timely, communicated honestly and directly, and had cheapest quote of all the body shops in west Midtown, plus they changed my battery (I had an extra) and washed my car for free. Can’t believe they have less than 4 stars, Kelley’s is criminally underrated.
Terrible experience — avoid this shop if you care about your car or customer service. I brought my car in for dent repairs and what I got back was a mix of sloppy work, new damage, and a complete lack of accountability. Not only did the shop not fix one of the dents we clearly discussed during the initial quote, but they also returned the car with a new door ding and scratches in the paint that weren’t there before.
