I have used Kelly for a number of years at my house in Wilmette and have had great experiences with service and communication. Over the last decade, I have had them replace my dryer vent, and a few other laundry repairs. Alex the owner and head technician is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he is honest and prompt. Highly recommended.
Trying hard to keep business local but yet when I am told someone will be at my house between a two hour window and isn't AND no phone call was received saying they would be late, I left for my next appointment. Arriving 40 minutes past the window (had to have husband get home to meet the service tech), he spent 7 minutes and charged me $170 to tell me my dryer needed a new motor.
