We hired Kelly Designs for home staging and paid a premium price expecting a high end, professional experience throughout the entire process. The staging itself was done beautifully and we were very happy with how everything looked. The concern came at pickup when the stager pointed out what she believed was a stain on the white sofa. We could not have been happier to have worked with Kelly! She took the time to listen, ask questions and give options to help find our style. Kelly put together very thoughtful design boards, was always responsive, knew great vendors and created a finished product that we love! We would highly recommend kellydesigns.
I started working with Kelly last year and couldn't be happier! She has been great to work with! I had her redesign a few rooms that were desperate for some updating and she did an amazing job!
Do Not Use Kelly. She takes zero pride in her work and is out for just a quick cash grab. Most sizes of pieces were wrong- several rugs too small, chairs too large, and several items had to be sent back. Custom Chairs were over the top expensive ($1700 plus each) and when they arrived (12 weeks later) 2 or the 4 were cheap foam chairs with tacky fabric. Kelly has outstanding ideas that worked well within our budget and with existing items we had. She was very patient and even paused our project (per our request) without hesitation. Her flexibility, availably and overall ideas are great. We will continue to work with her on other rooms.
