I purchased a new Garrett Apex, and when available, they shipped promptly. The machine ended up being defective, however since I just got it, I wanted to make an exchange for another. KellyCo was of no service and would not help me. They said I needed to contact Garrett. I asked about their 30 day no hassel returns, and they said that doesnt work for defective products and there was nothing they would do.
