We used Tracy to buy our house. She was great to work with! She kept in communication and was a great resource when we had questions or concerns.
Tracy Carter is basically the Swiss Army knife of real estate agents. Negotiator? Check. Therapist? Check. Tour guide, paperwork wrangler, part-time comedian, and full-time deal-closer? Double check. She wear more hats than a fashion show model and somehow manage to make every single one look good. She assisted when dealing with the county and also referred a great builder. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, actually gets the job done, (and makes it fun along the way), she is an all-star!
