I just had a Bill come out to my home to provide me with a quote to repair or replace a patio door. Upon immediate inspection of the door he knew what the problem was and told me the news i already had in my gut. The door needs full replacement. What he did tell me was that the product that Kelly provides for this type of door is more expensive than what I can get at Lowes or Home Depot and it would be in my best interest to talk with them.
