He ripped us off big time, did a job that should have taken 30 min at the most and ran it up to 2 hours, and charged $550. for gluing 2 little elbows together. DON'T trust this company, get a second or even more estimates before you go with the repair.
Had them come out to give me a bid for a leaking outdoor hot water heater. It has a cut off valve so I can still take a hot shower and cut it off when I’m done to stop the leaking. We were scheduled for 9am. They showed up at 10:30am. I had already left for work. I gave them permission to look at it anyways since it was on the exterior but I told Brandon specifically not to touch anything and if he does put it back the way he had it. He didn’t listen.
