Kelly is an exceptional realtor! She has been our realtor for 2 purchases in the past year. She was an immense help as we were outsiders (from Wisconsin) looking to 1st purchase an investment property, a cabin... and then more recently to purchase a home for us to live full time. She is very responsive, gives excellent tips and advice, and is so friendly! We would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to purchase a home or cabin in the Smokies!

Kelly is AMAZING!!! She has helped us with buying a home as well as selling a home. She is always there for you when you need her. I even called once, not knowing she was on vacation. Apologized and told her I would call when they got home. She asked what we needed, and texted back within the hour with the need resolved. Kelly is absolutely the best realtor we have ever worked with! She is positive, honest, direct, available, and exceeded our expectations. Our home had previously been represented by two other firms; we had one showing between the two. With Kelly, we had multiple showings, two offers, and we got our asking price on our home. She also located and negotiated the purchase of land for our relocation.
