I warmly write this review as a positive working experience working with Kelly. I was impressed with her knowledge especially with the market trends in various areas. Although, trying to purchase a home in the area was competitive, Kelly’s calm demeanor was always present and impressively negotiated when needed. Her ability to quickly identify your interests and resolve issues as they come along shows that she really cares about you as a client. I look forward to working with her again in the near future.
Kelly helped us finding our dream home and when the time came to move out of state 2 years later, did a splendid job on prepping, listing and selling our house in no time. She made great suggestions on how to prepare our house for listing, had a contractor help us doing small repairs around the house, had a very professional photographer take amazing pictures and videos of our property and finally when an offer came by right after listing, negotiated the best possible deal for us.
