This office is amazing!!!!! I have been to many different eye doctors due to moving and this one is my favorite! I travel an hour to come to my appointments. Everyone is so nice! I would recommend to anyone who needs eye care to come here! Thank you for such extraordinary care and service!
The staff is so amazing! Every single person I came in contact with from the receptionists, the opticians, and the doctors were all extremely friendly and kind! Overall such an amazing place and would recommend to anyone!
gave me the wrong prescription twice. very nice ppl but i'm pretty sure the second pair of glasses i received were the same prescription as the first and they didn't didn't change it even though i went in for a second eye exam. because the second pair felt the exact same as the first. never had an experience like that before, never even had to report my glasses being too strong. very weird experience and unfortunately will not be returning.
I can’t quite wrap my head around what the deal with this place is. I went to them for the first time on 2024. To be honest, my first experience wasn’t pleasant. The staff I interacted with that day just had an attitude. I couldn’t remember the brand of my contact lenses and that seemed to be too frustrating for the tech to handle. As soon as the Dr came in, she showed me a couple of photos which helped me immediately identify the brand. Apparently, that was too much work for the tech.
