I have been bringing my vintage carpets to Kelly Ultimate Rug Spa for a couple of years—they do a beautiful job. They are knowledgeable and take great care when dealing with older rugs. Their prices are reasonable, too. I highly recommend them!
Cannot say enough positive things about Kelly Ultimate Rug Spa, David, and his team. They brought massive Persian rug back from the brink after severe water damage. They were thoughtful, resourceful, and incredibly thorough.
The team at Kelly blew us away! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who do amazing work. They resurrected a mold-ridden rug of ours and repaired the damage and decay, making what we thought was hopeless, look fantastic. Thank you!
Service was excellent and staff is very friendly.
Amazing cleaning and service. We received a decades old large shag rug full of crumbs and water spills/stains. After cleaning we couldn’t believe it looks like new! Staff were all super friendly and the reception area even felt like an actual day spa. We now plan to bring our rug in annually.
