Dr.DeSouza is the absolute worst pain management doctor I have ever come across! First of all I called to tell the office I was running late since I was driving four hours away to see her and when I got there she had left for the day! So I had to get a hotel for two nights to wait and see her a few days later, and after everything she told me she couldn’t help me in any way, shape or form! No referrals no nothing! Dr. De Souza’s office staff made me wait over an hour until they confirmed me for my initial visit then once the office realized they had me scheduled Dr. said she didn’t want to see me because I am late. Then office basically forced her to see me. She pressured me into a epidural steroid shot in my back and made me feel like it was my only option.
