We've been taking our cars to Kelly for the last 4 years. They're honest and do great work. As an example, I didn't have enough time to replace my fuel injectors, left them in the car to return them, they ended up using the ones I bought vs. charging us for extra parts. Hard to find a trustworthy shop, can't speak highly enough about Kelly Tires.
Honest people, quick service. We've been going to them for years. Great job, guys--Brad and Jim. Well, that was until today. Jim gave me attitude today and didn't even want to speak with me, only with my husband. Guess what, Jim? You just lost a customer with multiple cars and a semi-truck. No worries, though. You won't have to talk to me anymore. Very disrespectful!!

My husband is going to them for years with a yellow semi truck. 2 years ago I had a problem with My cadillac escalate. That dealer couldn't find out what was wrong. I came to them for problem with tiers and they told me that my speed sensor was broken. They changed it and is running great until now.
