Kelly has been a great realtor. I was selling a house in Jacksonville but I lived 2 1/2 hours away. The house needed some work . Kelly helped me arrange contractor , she meet with them and showed them the scope of work . I did not have to drive there every day to do all that. This is really going above and beyond what most realtors would do. Not to mention she was a big help in price my house right so we had tremendous interest in a tough market .
