Poor bedside manner. This doctor may have good dentistry skills, I am not commenting on that. However, he has horrible bedside manner. We visited him for a second opinion. My daughter (4 at the time) has always been brave at the dentist and never had a problem...until we visited this doctor. He refused to let a parent go back with her, which just made her panic and scream the whole time - it was like torture, for her & us. She would have been fine if a parent could have been in the room to reassure her. Will never go back.
