Great overall experience. House sold in 8 days at over-asking price and we were able to close 4 weeks from listing date. Photographer's pics were excellent. Kelly also went the extra mile in helping us arrange for a moving company, snow removal company, trash-out contractor, and deep cleaning service. All did great work and were reasonably priced.
