As first time parents, Dr. Smith was everything we could have asked for in a pediatrician. She was incredibly responsive, always gave us time for our (sometimes long) list of questions, was calm in easing our concerns and worries, and very well-informed in all areas baby. We had to leave her office because we moved but will miss her!
Dr. Smith at Mount Sinai is an incredible doctor!! I feel so lucky to have had her as our baby's pediatrician since he was a newborn. She has a great bedside manner and is so kind and gentle with our baby, and she's answered my many (MANY) first-time-mom questions patiently and thoroughly. She always responds quickly to messages in the portal and will have great advice to any medical questions I send her. Can't recommend her highly enough!
I moved an hour out of Queens and tried other pediatricians and NO ONE compares to Dr. Smith. I honestly wouldn't have survived postpartum if it weren't for her. She has been an amazing support system to my husband and I with our first kid. She helped me navigate extreme postpartum anxiety and my son is 2 now and I still find the drive completely worth it. She always replies so quickly to messages, always on time, office staff is super friendly, my son adores her. I'd give 10 stars out of 5 if I could!
Worst pediatric doctor. She was late 15 minutes the first time we had an appointment with her but we had to wait. We called to say that we were running late for the second appointment and she cancelled our appointment. What’s even the point to call and let the office know? The receptionist at the front desk said was too busy to give us another appointment that day. Mind you the appointment is only 15 minutes as well. She is excellent Pediatrician. She is so friendly and warm. She is always a phone call away whenever my son needed her. We are so lucky to To meet her. Thank you, Dr. Kelly Smith for everything you have done for my son.
