I have been bringing my dogs here for years but that STOPS TODAY. First, the cost was outrageous. Secondly, the care has gone down hill. I'm literally appalled and disgusted by what I just witnessed at this facility and what I was charged for a routine annual exam. Looking for a new vet that cares and not looking to take advantage of loyal customers.
I recently took my senior dog in for a check up , and from the moment I walked in from the front staff, to the vet , and vet assistant I was greeted with respect and dignity, my pet was treated with care and all my concerns and questions were answered ! I got a full exam , with a 3yr rabies ! I was in and out i definitely recommend this vet !
Good services and a nice staff they have. I would recommend this vet for anyone who needs to get their pets for a checkup.
Filter the reviews by newest. This isn’t Sharon lakes. It’s under new ownership. While the staff is very nice, all the existing vets and most of the staff left. In my two times here since new ownership, I had expensive lab work done to rule out disease to which I never received a call back and most recently went for a 3 year rabies vaccine which they did not have in stock. Updated: I previously gave these veterinarians a 5 star review and continued going there until my last visit there about 6 months ago. New corporation bought them and all of the in house vets left. You can rarely get anyone on the phone, they only have "fill in" vets from other facilities they own. It's terrible. I would never go to them again. I am going to take my cats to the new practice of one of their previous vets who was wonderful.
