Very unprofessional. Not surprised people are switching companies. It is extremely difficult to contact anyone and all employees act as if I’ve disturbed their day with my questions. It is like pulling teeth to get my disability accommodation with them. Communication is so slow and everyone is referring me to other people who equally will not help. I had to stop working because they would not respond to my disability emails and I was struggling on jobs.

I don't get what all the bad reviews are about. The hiring process was super smooth for me and I'm getting paid.

They take 3/4 weeks to get back to u about a job. I've been through so many temp agencies & they found me a job in one day. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work through them if you're looking for a job immediately. They aren't gonna find u a job the day u speak to them they are gonna get back to u in weeks. Don't waste your time trying to get a job through them.

It appears that it's very unorganized and they have a machine that does not document the correct hours and instead of fixing it or providing another way they avoid calls.

I worked with Luisa at the Provo location who told me about a mixer/blender job in Springville. She said it paid $15/hr over the phone and I was a good fit. So I set up an interview. I went to the interview and they told me $13/hr but they could give me more because of my experience so I said yes. I called up Luisa and told her that and she told me it was actually $13-$15/hr depending on experience, but they hoped for $15.
