if I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst temp company to work for. it was right after Christmas and I had a question on how I should log my holiday hours. My agent never got in touch with me until my payday came and went with no money so I emailed her. and was told that because I didnt submit my hours on time, there was nothing they could do and I just would not be paid until the following week which was unacceptable, because bills do not wait. Contacting this company to speak with someone live is nearly impossible, 15 + different phone venues to go thru then no response in the end just kept on hold .

We used them for a year and had nothing but problems. Their employees were not capable of doing the job. So we started finding our own people to hire through them. All Kelly Services had to do was perform a drug test and background check. But they were unable to do that reliably either. We ended up hiring a drug addict that took money from a bunch of employees. Kelly offered no apology or accountability for their failures. I would not recommend using this company.
