My review is particularly about Michelle Roberts, the Kelly Education services lead. I had been inactive for months and needed to reapply in order to be put back on the list. After Michelle sent me the first step, I completed it and asked for the next step but she never responded for almost a month! I called her and she explained that she had been so busy, yet another two weeks went by, nothing! I walked into their office and she sure didn't seem busy to me!
