Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Dr. Schibler and her staff made me fell completely at ease and welcome for my first appointment. Dr. Schibler took her time to get to know me and addressed every single question I had with well thought out, and well explained, answers. Staff was very friendly and our interactions were quite enjoyable. Office was a little bit older, but very clean and well maintained. My wait to go back to a room and to see the doctor were both very minimal. Overall, very happy with everything here!!

They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
