My dad forgot a part to his CPAP mask so we read reviews of this situation indicating staff was helpful. We were not allowed to purchase a mask without a doctor’s order and left empty handed with no assistance or helpful smiles. We ordered the exact part we needed on Amazon that arrived same day without need to deal with unfriendly people who don’t want to help.
Lady was very unfriendly and wouldn’t answer our questions. So we went across the street to GenesisMercyOne Home Medical and bought what we needed.
Fought with them about getting a wheelchair said they had no file for me and then my doc called them then they had the wheelchair but once we finally got it. It wasn't even the right onec. Customer service believe it was Brenda was very rude treated me like I was trying to rob them would give 0 start for customer service if possible
