Kelly is good. One thing tho, noone listens to the word no. I had a perm done by a nice guy who says hes been perming 40 years. Yaa I highly doubt that. Or he could place rods better. He couldnt place rods up n down. He did it his way. Basic. Sum rods dragged. Perm solution was a problem. I kept hearing, mix it together, mix it, mix it together... something def wrong with the solution..getting under the dryer, he kept hitting top of my head with it, at the end of the perm , and also at the end of the neutralizer. ?? I did Keratin Treatment. Ming helped me with that all by himself. He was very kind and friendly. Recommended place for hair cut and treatment!
I’ve gone to this salon before and never had this issue with my haircut but today I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. From the beginning of the haircut, it didn’t look right. I could tell early on that something was wrong, and unfortunately it only got worse. They tried to fix it, but the final result still doesn’t look good at all. When I pointed out what I meant and explained the issue, I was told that it was “just my hair,” instead of the stylist taking responsibility or really listening to my concerns.... read more
Went to do a hair cut today, Kelly did an amazing job! Really loved it! Affordable price and great service. Highly recommended! 😀
