Living in a high fire-risk area, we needed a safer and stronger roof. We went with a metal roof installation. Adam and the crew removed the old shingles, replaced a few sagging trusses above the garage, and added fire-rated underlayment before installing the standing seam panels. They worked clean, sealed every seam tightly, and installed ridge caps and gable trim that gave the roof a finished look. The vent openings were screened for ember resistance, and they explained how everything met local fire codes.
The old roof was loud in the wind and leaking near the dormers. We called Kelly Roofing Services for a roof replacement and went with standing seam metal.
