The weather has been warm and clear this last month, so Ryan Kelly was able to get to our roof a full month before planned. The old roof tearoff went smoothly with good cleanup. The deck required minimal repairs which they handled quickly. The new roof went on quickly as well. New gutters were also done quickly and accurately. It's raining hard now, and no leaks! We needed a new roof desperately and Ryan and his guys helped us with that. Glad we found them and they did an excellent job. He was patient with each question we had and updated us throughout the process. We recommend these guys.

I am delighted with our new roof! First-rate craftsmanship from Ryan and his team with excellent attention to detail. The demo and daily cleanup was meticulous too. Ryan is very experienced and knowledgeable and easy to talk through options with. He clearly enjoys the whole process of roofing and it shows in the work. All this at a very reasonable price.

We used Ryan Kelly with Kelly Roofing when he put a new roof on our last house and him and his crew did an AMAZING job; therefore, it was a no-brainer when we bought our new house and it needed a roof. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Ryan Kelly/Kelly Roofing is the ONLY man I would EVER allow to touch our roof! He is honest, reasonably priced, very reliable, and extremely meticulous in his work! I would HIGHLY recommend him! Thank you so much Ryan!
