Kelly was fantastic! He was able to fit me in last minute and patiently waited while I gathered the extra documents I hadn’t brought with me. He explained everything clearly and directly, but in a calm and helpful way that made the whole process much less stressful. On top of that, he’s personable—I enjoyed hearing the story about his “non-cats” cats. Highly recommend working with him!
