This company in Spokane appears to be sharing confidential information on offers with other potential buyers and delaying the expiration time on offers claiming there are no offers in order to give their own clients time to create an offer. This is unfair business practices. They should be reported to real estate commission.
My Father was a Kelly Right agent in CDA Idaho up until he passed in October of 2023. He had commissions from sales owed to him before he died that Joe Kelly and Kelly Right have not paid as of today February, 15th 2024. A company is only as good as its employees and my Dad was as loyal and ethical as it gets.
