I haven't been to Dr. Kelly Rich's new practice as it doesn't officially open until November 1st however I have used her in the past with my previous Insurance and she is honestly one of the most caring, compassionate and kind Doctors out there. I never felt rushed or like I was a cattle number in a herd like I have felt with other Doctors that just rushed in and out and felt NO compassion.
