Absolutely horrible! I had a 9:45am appointment and you call me under an hour before the appointment to tell me "the provider won't be in today." Also, in a snickering tone, "you can't be here in five minutes, can you? Hahahaha" Peoples health/conditions are a big joke aren't they? My time away from my employer as well as already being on the road to that appointment are a joke also?
